Kevin Carter founded Carter Commercial Group in 2002 to assist private investors, trustees and family partnerships to grow and protect real estate holdings across generations. Mr. Carter draws on nearly two decades of personal and professional experience in investment real estate sales, leasing, and property management to guide clients in making informed real estate decisions at a portfolio and property-specific level.
Working closely with attorneys, tax professionals, and financial planners, Mr. Carter guides high net-worth individuals through the proper structuring and balancing of real estate holdings to support each client’s financial goals and requirements.
