Dr. Stuart Hardy has over 22 years of corporate consulting, business development and real estate experience . As a consultant, real estate economist and California licensed real estate broker, Dr. Hardy provides his expertise in land use, real estate development and project financing to private investors, developers and multinational corporations.
He serves in an advisory role as the Chief Strategy Officer for Seattle based Alekson Development Group where he is responsible for identifying new markets and areas within those markets for the acquisition and development of mixed-use high-rise, hotel and supermarket properties.
