Steve Wiegmann has over 25 years of commercial real estate leasing and property management experience serving private investors and Fortune 500 companies.
Steve is the past President of the Orange County Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management. During his tenure as president he started the annual IREM Real Estate Conference and Exposition, which is now one of the premier real estate conferences in Southern California. In 1998 served as Chairman of the conference and has served as the Program Chair for the IREM 2000, 2001 and 2002 Conference and Exposition. Has been an active participant both nationally, regionally and locally throughout his career.
Steve is a founding member of the Orange County Commercial Board of Realtors. He has been a member of the Editorial Advisory Board for Energy & Environmental Management magazine since 1995-2001.
In 2000, Steve addressed the International Facilities Managers Association on Negotiating Commercial Leases – Successful Facility Relocation. Was top producing Real Estate Manager for CB Richard Ellis in 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997,1998 and 1999.
