William Hugron has been in commercial real estate for over 30 years. 10 years in property management, 12 years in asset management, and the remainder in commercial brokerage. Throughout his career besides performing property management and asset management functions he always was involved in leasing, acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties in the Western United States. He has held senior positions with the following institutions Citicorp, Cal Fed, August Financial, VOIT Property Management, Charles Dunn Company and Ashwill Associates.
He is an active broker and partner of the Ashwill Associates Newport Beach office in Southern California. He currently specializes in office, industrial, retail and land for lease and sale in Southern California. He has a strong commercial leasing, strategically repositioning properties, property management, asset management, real estate consulting and development background. He is frequently quoted in professional real estate magazines and teaches and speaks regularly on topics in commercial real estate.

Stuart Hardy, Ph.D
Development Consultant and Real Estate Economist
Dr. Stuart Hardy has over 22 years of corporate consulting, business development and real estate experience . As a consultant, real estate economist and California licensed real estate broker, Dr. Hardy provides his expertise in land use, real estate development and project financing to private investors, developers and multinational corporations.
He serves in an advisory role as the Chief Strategy Officer for Seattle based Alekson Development Group LLC where he is responsible for identifying new markets and areas within those markets for the acquisition and development of mixed-use high-rise, hotel and supermarket properties.
