William Hugron has been in commercial real estate for over 30 years. 10 years in property management, 12 years in asset management, and the remainder in commercial brokerage. Throughout his career besides performing property management and asset management functions he always was involved in leasing, acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties in the Western United States. He has held senior positions with the following institutions Citicorp, Cal Fed, August Financial, VOIT Property Management, Charles Dunn Company and Ashwill Associates. He is an active broker and partner of the Ashwill Associates Newport Beach office in Southern California. He currently specializes in office, industrial, retail and land for lease and sale in Southern California. He has a strong commercial leasing, strategically repositioning properties, property management, asset management, real estate consulting and development background. He is frequently quoted in professional real estate magazines and teaches and speaks regularly on topics in commercial real estate.
